首先在桌面的空白处鼠标右击选择“新建--文本文档”选项
原因：注册表出错。 1、首先按“win+R”组合键，打开运行程序。 2、然后在弹出来运行的窗口中输入“regedit”，点击下方的确定。 3、然后在弹出来的窗口中点击打开主菜单栏编辑中的“查找”选项。 4、然后在弹出来查找的窗口中输入“User Shell Folders
记事本里面写入如图所示的代码内容，由于字数，大家可以点击下方的链接进入帖子进行代码复制

将上面代码复制到记事本文件里，另存为****.reg,生成了注册表文件，先不要导入到注册表，这是一个注册表修复的，虽然可以安装，但是安装完CAD后，可能会出现后遗症：比如，要启动某些程序时，会首先弹出安装CAD的画面，这时先备份HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerShell Folders注册表（运行 regedit.exe,进入HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerShell Folders，然后右击Shell Folders，导出保存），这时可以导入刚才制作的注册表文件，然后可以顺利安装CAD2007。
安装完后运行下，然后退出。然后进去进入HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerShell Folders，在Shell Folders目录下撤除所有值（默认的一个是删不掉的），然后导入刚才导出的注册表文件。如果忘记的备份，那就 复制下面的代码然后做出注册表文件然后导入。

我碰到过重装的问题。正常卸载后不能重装。后来用windows优化大师卸载后，才可以重装。主要是注册表中清理的不干净。
我感觉这种方法一定要掌握，否则CAD2010出了问题就不好办了。总不能老是重装系统吧。
用360卸载也不行。
