3. 如何写商务请柬

商务请柬是公务场合中广泛使用的一种文书形式。是举行活动时,为表示对客人的尊重和邀请者的郑重态度,专门向邀请对象发出的邀请文书。

请柬的内容由标题、正文、结尾及落款和时间几部分组成。

标题写在封面上,如“请柬、请贴”。

正文是请柬的主体,要写明受邀请人的姓名,拟举行的活动名称,活动的时间、地点及注意事项等。要尽量做到用词准确、精练、恳切、得体。

结尾处空两格写上“敬请、恭候”等字样,再另起一行写上“光临、莅临”字样。落款写在下方由发柬者署名。再另起一行注明日期。

6. 商务签证邀请函怎么写

1.邀请信的内容包含邀请人的地址、电话号码、护照信息,联系信息等2.内容需有:a、申请人的护照号码、出生日期、职务、薪酬;b、计划逗留的时间(具体停留时间段、逗留天数、目的以及行程);d、出访费用由谁支付;e、回国保证3.邀请人亲笔签名及姓名拼音4.邀请函内容必须与中方公司担保信的内容保持一致。

你只要把客户的护照签证copy还有把审批表,在华安排,往来商务合同,担保书,自己公司的营业执照,递交给你所在地的外经贸局。最好给你当地的外经贸局去个电话问下,跟他们说是迪拜的客户。他们会告诉你需要什么东西的。我们这网上可以递交这些材料的。不知道你们那行不行, 我再附上一份帮客户写好递交给大使馆的邀请函模板。不知道对你有用否。

写好之后打印盖公章。然后把这份打印出来的跟从外经贸局办好的一份文件(一张纸,我忘记叫什么了,就是让客户拿去大使馆签证用的)一起寄给他。噢了。

8. 如何办理商务邀请函

如果是敏感国家,他会要求我们出具外事办的。

我们需要提供的资料有:

外方: 护照复印件, 对方执业许可(营业执照), 护照上的签证复印(来往中国的记录),

双方贸易证明文件(外销发票),提单复印件,合同等(三五份就OK).

我方:营业执照.会计报表, 工厂简介(文字), 保函, 请示(先打给当地乡政府,然后乡政府出请示给泰兴市外办),

你可以先按这些要求准备一份材料上泰兴外办,给他们看下还少什么,如果合格了,就复印N份(丁科告诉你要几份),然后填写入境申报审批表.
